Fine for the oil change however dissatisfied with the camera part that had been back ordered since dec12!! Unsafe to be driving with camera on the Fritz from time to time. Nate in parts comments I’m on the long list for the item. Truck is one year old🤦🏻♀️

That’s never easy news to hear, but what made all the difference was working with Nate Volland. From the moment we spoke, Nate was professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and why, without ever making me feel pressured. It’s rare these days to come across someone in this industry who is both honest and customer focused, but Nate is exactly that. He turned a stressful situation into a manageable one, and it’s because of him that I felt confident moving forward with the repairs at this dealership. Whatever you’re paying him, it’s not enough. Well it was actually pretty bad. I had informed two different women in your service department that I would be dropping the car after closing time. Since I had not been there before, I asked exactly where I should leave the car, and where the lockbox was. They both said "just pull up next to the service entrance and leave your key in the box." When I arrived, all of the driveways into Chevy (and Cadillac next door) were PADLOCKED. After driving around and around, I finally left my car in the unlocked Toyota parking lot, walked back to Seaside Chevy, left a note where to find my car in the lockbox, along with my key. At 8:15 the next morning, I called to make sure you retrieved my car. I was told somebody in service would call me back. Nothing, so I called again at 11:30. Told again somebody would call me to let me know they had my car. Nothing, so I called AGAIN at 1:30. Nobody could tell me if my car was there, or if they were working on it. Finally I got Jose in the call center, who got on it, and confirmed they had my car. I was told the car would be finished by 3 p.m. I showed up aat 4:30 and there was nobody in the service department! Finally, after waiting 15 minutes, Nate came back and let me have my car. He's a nice guy and I think he is doing his best, considering the rest of the operation seems dysfunctional. It was not a good experience....

The worst service department ever. Scheduled a simple oil change appointment 5 weeks in advance. I arrived on the appointment date and was told halfway through the appointment that they did not have an oil filter for my car. I was told that someone would car back with an update. No one did. I have tried calling 4 times to find out what is going on and each time I was told they would get back with me. Never did!!...Never would buy a vehicle from them if they can't handle a simple oil change

It was fine once I was able to speak to a live person. Your telephone automated answering system stinks and is insulting. It’s false economy and not customer friendly. I had to call back several times to talk to the service department. I made the appointment online, but can’t always communicate the services needed.

Hard to schedule. Personnel were not ready for prior appointment. Once I arrived, I was told they did not have the replacement parts in stock ( tire air monitors). So I wasted a trip to the dealership. When they finally were able to do the repair a week later, they did not call me when the job was finished - the representative said he texted me, but there was no text on my phone. Again, time wasted, I had to call to ascertain that the job was finished. I'm afraid I can't recommend your service department; much improvement is needed. By the way, the tire monitor sign is lit up again , one day after the repair. A recurring problem that needs to be solved.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The customer service was excellent and it was completed in a timely manner. However, I drove straight home from the dealership and found a large nail in my front right tire when I got home. I realized then, they didn’t reset the sensors for the tire pressure as it was reading the right back tire was low when it was actually the front right with the nail. (I checked the pressure with a gauge to be sure). Upon calling the dealership to let them know, they said they couldn’t take the nail out and patch it free of charge, as I couldn’t prove it happened at the dealership. Therefore, I took my business elsewhere for the tire patch/nail removal and had to spend even more money for them to reset the sensors that were supposed to be reset when the tire rotation was done at the Chevy dealership.

Horrible experience. The agent failed to call with updates and respond to my calls. It took more than a week for service of my information/main screen and it still wasn’t completely fixed as I still don’t have sound. Additionally my car was returned with a piece of the car left inside the car?? I’ll never return this dealership again. Worst service ever.
